Jithin Jayakumar

I'm Jithin, a Biotechnology engineer currently pursuing my MSc in Agrobioinformatics at Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany. English is my working language — I communicate at a C2 level in reading and listening, and C1 in speaking and writing. Throughout my academic journey, I've presented at conferences, competed in inter-college debates, and led a department-wide Biotech Expo as Students' President, so I'm genuinely comfortable expressing ideas clearly and confidently.

I've worked with international researchers, written structured scientific reports, and explained complex topics to diverse audiences during my time with UNICEF's outreach programme. I understand what it feels like to navigate academia in a second language, having done so myself in Germany. That makes me patient, practical, and relatable as a tutor. I focus on helping students build real confidence in everyday and academic English, not just memorise grammar rules.
