My method of teaching involves a blend of strategies that is interactive and fostering engagement to deeper learning styles. I will include elements like puzzles, games and mind cultivating discussions; using visual aids like infographics and videos; and fostering collaboration through cloud-based tools. Also, I would like to create a strong social presence, providing regular feedback, checkups of previous lessons, coaching and mentoring.

Teaching methods may vary depending on the age level of the students because of the attention span that varies through age as well as the topics to be taught for them to master for easy learning.

Patience and Dedication is needed to muster in order to cope with the needs of the pupils. In order to get their attention, cater to their educational needs with love and compassion. Have a positive attitude and a winner’s mindset to be able to resonate to the hearts and minds of the children. The heart of a teacher should be soft, caring and humble. Authenticity is great but it should be accompanied by competence, confidence and consistency. In other words, Mastery of the subject matter and high level of proficiency.

As a student achiever, I could bring my experience and expertise and I could share my effective learning habits and styles to my students. As time progresses, It is through process that we could achieve anything and there are no shortcuts in life.
Hence, It is the teacher’s duty to train and educate them with all the best of our abilities for them to succeed.
