“My lessons are highly interactive, inquiry-based, and focused on real-world application of concepts, especially in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, and emerging technologies. With more than 12 years of teaching experience across primary to senior secondary levels, I have developed a student-centered teaching approach that combines strong academic structure with creativity and innovation.
I usually begin my lessons with a real-life problem, discussion, case study, or activity to spark curiosity and connect students with the topic. I follow inquiry-driven and experiential learning methods where students explore concepts through hands-on activities, coding tasks, collaborative projects, and practical applications rather than only theoretical instruction.
My teaching methods include project-based learning, peer collaboration, design thinking, demonstrations, AI-based tools, digital assessments, and technology integration using platforms such as Python, AR/VR tools, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, Kahoot, Quizizz, Padlet, and Mentimeter. I strongly believe in integrating 21st-century skills, digital citizenship, ethical use of AI, and problem-solving into classroom learning.
As Head of Department for Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science, I have experience in curriculum planning, lesson design, teacher mentoring, academic coordination, and CBSE assessment processes. I have also authored CBSE AI textbooks for Grades 9 and 10 and served as a CBSE Head Evaluator and Practical Examiner, which has strengthened my understanding of curriculum standards and assessment quality.
The dynamics of my classroom are collaborative, engaging, and skill-oriented. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, work in teams, and develop innovative solutions. I regularly mentor students for competitions such as Smart India Hackathon and Youth Ideathon, where students apply classroom learning to real-world challenges.
I also adapt lessons according to different learning abilities and ensure an inclusive environment where every student feels encouraged to participate and grow. My goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to prepare students with future-ready skills in technology, innovation, communication, and creativity.”
