My teaching draws on a mix of methods—communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and contextual grammar—because no single approach works for everyone. What sets me apart is that English isn't just a subject I teach—it's the language my entire life has been built in. From primary school all the way through to my current Master's degree, every class I attended, every exam I sat, every essay I wrote and every lecture I absorbed was entirely in English. That's over fifteen years of thinking, learning and achieving in the language—which means I don't just know the rules, I know how English actually works in practice at every level.
I bring over two years of hands-on classroom experience teaching English to secondary school students, which means I know how to break down complex concepts, keep energy levels up, and adapt on the spot when something isn't clicking. I've worked with complete beginners and advanced learners alike, across different age groups and learning styles.
For IELTS students, lessons are laser-focused on what examiners actually look for—not just practice tests, but understanding the logic behind every band descriptor so you can apply it independently.
