CPD-certified yoga and Pilates instructor with 5 years' experience, offering online 1-to-1 and small group session

I am a CPD-certified nutrition consultant and yoga, Pilates and fitness trainer, and I have been coaching since 2021. In that time I have worked with over 50 clients, many of whom still train with me today. All my sessions run online over Zoom or Google Meet, one to one and in small groups. I build each plan around the person rather than handing out the same routine to everyone, because someone with a desk job, a beginner returning after years away, and someone training regularly all need different things. I take time at the start to understand your routine, your food habits and what you actually want out of this, then build from there. In practice, a session means we work through the movement together on camera, I correct form as we go, and I explain why we are doing something rather than just telling you to do it. For nutrition I look at how you already eat and adjust it into something you can keep up with, rather than a plan you will abandon in two weeks. I check in on progress and change the plan as you improve, which is the main reason my clients stay long term. I teach in English and Hindi, and I am comfortable working with complete beginners as well as people who have been practicing for years.
