Biology teacher who teaches biology to student of all ages (in English)

I have four years of teaching experience. During my Ph.D., I have supervised two Master's thesis and provided them personalized care and attention. Currently, I am supervsing junior researchers and providing training and assignments to them. Transfer of knowledge and skills is the motto of my life. My teaching philosophy includes to campare the strenghts and weakness of a student, and to use them to bring out their best potential. I allow them to let their imagination run wild where they bring innovative ideas (which bring scientific discoveries) where I will play my role as a facilitator.
