adults' English teacher with seven years of experience

I would like to apply for the position of teaching as an English teacher. I am an experienced teacher with IELST 7.5 and some teaching certificates.
I had been teaching to adults at a very famous language institute in my own country for 8 years before immigrating to Germany. I also achieved IELTS band score 7.5 about a year and a half ago, and I am really fascinated to share my experiences with my own students on how to achieve this score, particularly in speaking part, as I achieved 8.
I would like to help my students of any ages believe that they can learn English, and feel confident that I am always there to help them out, the same as what I did when I was in my own country. Furthermore, since I have the experience of working with all age range from 14 to 60 years old, I am to a large extend familiar with the way they feel or behave in the class.
