I am a native Italian speaker offering Italian lessons exclusively online, suitable for students of all ages and levels: primary school, middle school, high school, university students, adults, and professionals or companies.
Each lesson will last one hour and will be conducted mainly in Italian. I also speak English, but I do not speak German. I see this as a positive aspect of my teaching approach: my goal is to create an environment where students gradually get used to understanding and communicating in Italian. As we say in Italy, “o si impara o si impara” – you learn, one way or another!
Of course, when necessary, I can provide small explanations or short prompts in English to help students understand a difficult point or get started. However, the main language of the lesson will always be Italian.
My teaching method starts from simple and practical elements. For beginners, I would use images associated with Italian words to build a basic vocabulary in a clear and intuitive way. We would then gradually move on to short exercises, both together during the lesson and through simple vocabulary or sentence-completion exercises that students can do at home. This can be particularly useful when there are several days between lessons, helping students review what they have learned and avoid forgetting it.
As their vocabulary grows, we will progressively work on Italian grammar and syntax, learning how to construct complete and increasingly complex sentences. Step by step, students will learn how to introduce themselves, describe their daily activities, talk about the past and the present, and eventually express themselves about the future.
My aim is not simply to teach Italian grammar, but to help students actually use the language, understand how Italian sentences are formed, and gradually become more confident in communicating in Italian.
