Coach of Students, someone who guides them on their carrier path

I am Kármen. I'm from Hungary. The church I belong to, organize a camp/Youth Conference every summer for youth, ages between 13-19. Participants are between 60-350+staff members and other leaders. This camp is usually in Germany, but an International Youth Conference, (mostly English speaking). I love working with you and they love me. I listen them carefully, remembering their names, caring about them. I was the head coordinator of this Youth Conference in 2022, and also in 2018 on the Hungarian Conference. My tasks including managing workshops, organize accommodation and meals, teaching lessons, organizing Game Nights, Dances/Parties. I have the voice and confidence to guide, coordinate them. And I also try to be a good example to them
