I believe the best lessons are the ones where you feel comfortable, involved, and actually enjoy learning! My goal is to create a friendly and relaxed environment where students feel confident speaking English without being afraid of making mistakes. I want my students to feel that the classroom is a safe space to experiment with the language, ask questions, and learn at their own pace.
My lessons are interactive and adapted to each student’s needs, interests, and goals. I love using real-life conversations, practical examples, games, and engaging activities alongside grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, and reading. I especially encourage students to speak as much as possible, because I believe confidence comes with practice.
I also like getting to know my students and understanding why they are learning English. Some may want to feel more confident in everyday conversations, while others need English for work, travel, studies, or an upcoming interview. Once I understand their goals, I can shape our lessons around situations and topics that are genuinely useful and interesting to them.
I’m CELTA-qualified and have experience teaching English to learners of different ages and levels, both online and in the classroom. My teaching experience has taught me that no two students learn in exactly the same way, so I’m always happy to adjust my methods and pace.
I also believe that correction should be helpful rather than intimidating. I give clear and constructive feedback while allowing students enough space to express themselves naturally. We can work on recurring mistakes together and celebrate progress along the way.
As a teacher, I’m patient, supportive, and enthusiastic. I want students to leave each lesson feeling that they have learned something useful, improved their confidence, and are one step closer to their goals. Most importantly, I want learning English to be something they genuinely look forward to rather than another task on their to-do list!
