My approach is calm, encouraging, and rooted in helping students feel safe enough to take risks and grow. As a language learner myself, my experience allows me to be prepared for obstacles in learning a language. I don't just teach the vocabularly and grammar, but actively support the students confidence, motivation, and interest in the language.

For life and success coaching clients, I combine reflective conversation, mindset tools, and structured goal-setting. Together, we explore strengths, habits, and patterns, and I guide clients toward sustainable progress using science-backed methods. Four years of learning Psychology with classes in Counseling, Adolescent, and Social Psychology has given me knowledge in the statistical patterns in people. This allows me to notice these patterns and follow them to actionable steps. Each session is a balance of listening, self-evalutation, empathy, and active growth -- all leading YOU to your true and great potencial.
