I am an experienced Yoga & Pilates Trainer, Wellness Specialist, and Mind–Body Performance Coach with an international background in wellness, fitness, and holistic health. My work combines movement, breathwork, functional training, mindfulness, and body awareness to help people improve their physical condition, emotional balance, focus, and overall well-being.
I teach both private and group sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels. My classes are personalized and adapted to each person’s goals, physical condition, energy level, and lifestyle. Whether the focus is flexibility, posture, strength, mobility, stress relief, recovery, confidence, or performance enhancement, I create sessions that are supportive, motivating, and effective.
My teaching style is intuitive, structured, and people-centered. I guide students through conscious movement with attention to alignment, breathing, safety, and mind–body connection. I believe movement should feel natural, empowering, and sustainable rather than forced or overwhelming.
My experience includes yoga, Pilates, functional fitness, breathwork, meditation, relaxation techniques, and wellness coaching in international retreat and hospitality environments. I have worked with clients from different cultures and backgrounds, always creating a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
In addition to wellness and coaching, I also have a strong academic and analytical background, including PhD research connected with CERN. This combination of science and holistic practice allows me to approach teaching with both structure and intuition.
My goal is to help students feel stronger, more balanced, more connected to themselves, and confident in their own progress—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
