My name is Onkar Chugh, and I am a professionally trained Indian Yoga Teacher based in Berlin. I offer structured and personalized yoga instruction for beginners as well as individuals with specific health and lifestyle needs.

About me- I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Yoga Science, along with multiple certified yoga training qualifications from MDNIY (Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga), New Delhi, a government-recognized institute in India. I have over 9 years of teaching experience, including working with government institutions such as the Delhi Police Department, and conducting online yoga classes for students in the USA, Canada, Malaysia, France, and Ireland.

Teaching Style
My sessions begin with mantra chanting (mantra ucharan) and basic Sanskrit awareness to create a calm and focused mindset. I incorporate Pranayama (breathing techniques) according to the student’s requirements and conclude each class with deep relaxation, meditation, and mantra chanting, ensuring a holistic and balanced experience.
