The art of learning English (The Learner's Ladder)

The lessons I teach are designed in such a manner that make you think and live English everyday. It's no more an effort, but a lifestyle. As a keen language learner myself, I know what makes a language enjoyable and have the proper resources to propel you in the right direction to be a fluent English speaker. I like having fruitful conversations and would be delighted to hear you speak. Be it as broken as it can be, I know for a fact, that you will improve by choice and interest. I come from a home that has Hindi as the main mode of communication and Marathi is the main language in my region. I am a big fan of kdramas and cdramas and know a very little bit of Korean and Chinese through them. I am a firm believer of 'vocabulary before grammar' and encourage everyone to do the same. Just the way kids learn their mother tongue. As of now, I am living in Berlin to pursue my master's degree in computer science and like talking to people of different cultures and exploring the diversity in this city. So, even if I am a teacher, I like my students to see a friend in me, who doesn't make them feel pressurized by the subject of the course, but shows them in the simplest of forms, that it is in all truth, just a way of getting your thoughts across, just like any other language in this world. If you can speak your mother tongue, no other language is difficult. Many people lose the sight of the bigger picture, that is speaking and practicing the language; in the leau of being perfect with the grammar. I encourage my students to make sure to inculcate English in their everyday lives with the help of songs of their favourite genre, TV or web series that they might like and catch on sentences with appropriate pacing. It might seem difficult on the surface, but taking steps to practice it is the key to overcome the fear and excel in it. With this course, it becomes difficult to not be keen on learning from our surroundings and appreciating the beauty of each language. I make sure not to stretch the course, so that the student understands the element of simplicity that English represents. Languages have a natural flow, and balancing them using mathematical formulas and orders steals the polish that can be achieved without it. Although grammar is important to be understood properly, it is not the whole story. Understanding this makes you prepared for what comes next.
