My lessons are fully conducted online to provide flexible and convenient learning. I begin by evaluating each student’s current knowledge, learning needs, and goals to create tailor-fit lesson plans that match their level and objectives. I provide exercises and interactive activities to measure learning progress, followed by constructive feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. I strongly believe in the power of positive reinforcement in creating engaged learners and making knowledge easier to absorb. With 2 years of experience as an ESL teacher, 4 years of teaching at the college level using English as the primary language of instruction, 8 years as a licensed teacher, and a Master’s degree in Educational Management, I am committed to creating effective, supportive, and engaging learning experiences for every student.
