English Tutor, teaching children of all age groups

I have completed both of my university degrees in English and have lived in a English-speaking environment for 4+ years. For the past one year, I have been a volunteer English tutor for children between 7 and 16 age. I design my lessons to be as interactive as possible. In addition, I make sure to tailor the topics around the interest of my tutoree so that they are more likely to find the class engaging. The feedback I received from the organization where I taught English was that: 'Each week we have to draw names of children from a hat because all of them want to participate in your tutoring class'.
