My lessons combine scientific knowledge with practical application, ensuring that athletes and clients understand both how and why they train. I follow an evidence-based approach, drawing on my background in sports science, movement physiology, and ongoing doctoral research. In my teaching, I use demonstration, guided practice, and continuous feedback. Sessions typically start with a clear explanation of the training goal, followed by exercise demonstrations and individualized corrections. I also apply load monitoring principles to adjust intensity based on performance and recovery, ensuring both effectiveness and injury prevention. The content of my sessions includes functional training, strength and conditioning, mobility, and sport-specific exercises. For football players, I focus on agility, coordination, and injury prevention, while for general fitness clients I emphasize overall health, body composition, and sustainable progress. I also integrate basic education on recovery, nutrition, and training principles when relevant. I create a structured yet motivating environment, encouraging active participation and adapting sessions to individual needs and group dynamics. I pay close attention to communication, technique quality, and progression over time. Currently, I work as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach at Holmes Place and as an Athletic Trainer at SC Fortuna Köln. My experience across different age groups and performance levels allows me to adapt my teaching style effectively.
