I teach English and Polish, as well as soft skills such as communication, public speaking, presentation skills, teamwork and personal development. My approach is practical, engaging and always adapted to the needs, goals and background of each learner. Alongside teaching, I have experience in mentoring and supporting students in their academic and personal development. I enjoy helping people reflect on their goals, recognise their strengths, overcome challenges and become more confident and independent learners. I have many years of experience working with very different groups – from children and teenagers to university students, researchers, professionals and university faculty. I also design and facilitate interactive workshops, using discussion, real-life scenarios, problem-solving, reflection and creative activities rather than relying only on theory. Whether I am teaching a language, mentoring a student or facilitating a soft-skills workshop, my aim is to create a supportive environment where people feel comfortable participating, experimenting and learning from mistakes. I want participants to leave not only with new knowledge, but with practical skills and greater confidence that they can apply beyond the classroom.
