With a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences degree and over 25 years of experience in higher education, curriculum development, and academic leadership, I am confident in my ability to contribute significantly to EFL teaching.
Throughout my career, most recently as the Head of the Foreign Languages Department at South Ural State Medical University, I have specialized in building educational programs from the ground up. One of my key achievements was the successful launch and management of a continuous multi-level English language program for teaching personnel, which enhanced the university’s international research capacity.
Why I am a strong candidate for this role:
Academic Leadership: Managed faculty departments and directed BA programs in Translation and Interpretation, overseeing curriculum planning, staff coordination, and quality assurance.

My research is always geared towards practical application of English and student engagement in the modern classroom.
Project Management: Successfully secured and managed multiple grants from the Ministry of Education and Science, focusing on lifelong professional development and leadership competence.
International Perspective: My experience leading student groups to the UK and Ireland, combined with academic internships and professional mobility in Prague, allows me to implement global best practices in local educational environments.
