Professional Profile

My name is Yasmin, and I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Health. With over six years of experience in sports education and coaching, I am currently working as a Physical Education Teacher at the Atomic Energy School in Iran.

Before this role, I worked for five years as a private sports coach for children, adolescents, and adults. I have extensive experience in exercise programming, sports skills instruction, and physical fitness development. I have also worked as a Sports Medical Assistant for youth football academies in Iran.

In addition to my practical coaching experience, I am qualified to teach sports science subjects, including Exercise Physiology, Anatomy, and Biology. I have published three research articles in the field of women’s sports.

I also hold professional certifications in Fitness Training, Children’s Games and Physical Activities, and Sports First Aid/Sports Medical Assistance. My teaching and coaching experience includes physical fitness training, table tennis, children’s sports and physical education, and serving as a Sports Medical Assistant for youth football teams in Iran.

I am passionate about combining scientific knowledge with practical coaching experience to help students and athletes improve their health, performance, and confidence.
