I offer a practical and easy-to-understand Nutrition 101 course designed to help individuals and families build healthier eating habits in real life. My lessons are based on science-backed nutrition information explained in a simple and applicable way. Together, we will learn the basics of balanced nutrition, sustainable weight loss strategies, and understand common nutrition myths and facts.

A special focus of my course is learning how to shop smarter in German supermarkets. I help students understand food labels, choose better-quality products, and find healthier alternatives for everyday meals without following strict diets or complicated rules. The course is especially helpful for families, busy employees, and anyone who wants to improve their health but feels confused about nutrition information online.

My teaching style is supportive, realistic, and personalized. I offer coaching in English, Arabic, and German, making nutrition education more accessible and understandable for people from different backgrounds.
