My teaching approach is interactive, student-centered and designed to make learning English enjoyable and effective. With experience teaching at 51Talk, serving as a substitute teacher at Ekkamai International School in Thailand and volunteering since grade 10 in both Myanmar and Thailand, I have worked with students of various ages, mainly aged 3-13 across diverse cultural backgrounds.
I use a variety of teaching methods tailored to each student's age, level and learning style. For younger learners, I incorporate games, songs, visual aids and storytelling to keep lessons engaging and fun. For older students, I focus on building vocabulary, improving grammar, enhancing reading comprehension and developing conversational skills through real-life scenarios and interactive activities.
My lessons are dynamic and flexible. I adapt to each child's pace and individual needs, whether they need help with homework, exam preparation or building confidence in speaking. I believe in creating a comfortable, encouraging environment where mistakes are part of the learning process, not something to fear.
Currently pursuing my Master's in Business Administration, I bring strong organizational skills and a structured yet creative approach to teaching. I also share free tips, tricks and resources for IELTS preparation on my social media platforms, helping students and parents access valuable learning materials beyond our lessons.
