1) When I start tutoring students, I will focus on consolidating the basic knowledge closely following the current curriculum in class, ensuring that students understand and master each part before moving on to the next part. After students have grasped the knowledge taught, I will give them a variety of topics to practice their test-taking skills and memorize knowledge more deeply. In addition, during the learning process, I also set strict discipline so that students have a serious learning attitude, are not lazy and maintain concentration. I will also closely monitor the progress and learning ability of each student to adjust appropriate methods, both supporting knowledge and creating motivation for learning.
2) The students I have taught often have obvious progress after a period of study, an average increase of 2 to 3 points compared to the initial test results. Currently, I am reviewing for the high school graduation exam for a student. When I first accepted the student, I gave him a test score of about 3.5-4 points, but after nearly 2 months of teaching, his score clearly improved to 7.5-8 points. And I reviewed for the 10th grade entrance exam for a student who lacked vocabulary knowledge and had many gaps. His starting score was 6.5 points, but after completing the exam, he received a score of 8.6 which is a significant improvement. Furthermore, if the student don't understand my lesson they could talk to me to change things up to always make new lessons entertaining and fun.
