Victoria Oxner

I have over 9 years of working in Education. I was a English teacher for 9th and 10th grade and also was promoted to principal where I oversaw the English and History teachers and managed them on best teaching practices. I am skilled at creating scaffolded questions that build upon themselves to help students understand getting to the correct answer. I also have a background working with students whose first language isn't English and supporting them through different English as a second language learning strategies.
