My teaching method is based on the idea that language learning becomes most effective when students feel intellectually engaged, emotionally comfortable, and personally encouraged. I approach each lesson with a balance of structure and flexibility, adapting my methods according to the student’s age, language level, learning pace, and individual interests. Rather than relying solely on memorization or repetitive exercises, I focus on helping students understand the logic, rhythm, and practical use of the language in a way that feels natural and motivating.
Because of my academic background in literature, language, and cultural studies, I place strong emphasis on communication, interpretation, and self-expression. I encourage students to actively participate in lessons through discussion, creative exercises, guided conversation, role-play activities, and contextual learning rather than passive listening alone. My experience as both a drama teacher and creative writer has also influenced my teaching style significantly, allowing me to make lessons more dynamic, expressive, and memorable while helping students build confidence in speaking.
At the same time, I maintain clear organization and consistency in my lessons. I pay close attention to the individual needs of each student and adjust the difficulty, pacing, and focus areas accordingly. I believe patience, attentiveness, and positive reinforcement are essential in creating an environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes and gradually become more confident in using English independently.
Ultimately, my goal is not only to improve technical language skills, but also to help students develop curiosity, confidence, and comfort in expressing themselves through the language.
