My teaching style is student-centered, interactive, and adaptive. I focus on creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating, asking questions, and exploring ideas. I use a mix of teaching methods, including direct instruction, collaborative group work, discussions, and project-based learning to cater to diverse learning styles.

Content delivery is structured but flexible—I emphasize critical thinking, real-world connections, and skills development alongside core knowledge. I integrate multimedia, technology, and formative assessments to keep students actively involved and to tailor instruction based on their progress.

Classroom dynamics are built on mutual respect, clear expectations, and a sense of community. I aim to foster curiosity, accountability, and growth mindset among students.

I have 5 years of teaching experience across grade 1-6 , and have worked with a diverse range of learners. I continuously reflect on and evolve my practices to meet the needs of my students and to stay current with educational research and tools.
