At my previous experiences, while teaching, I also had Head Captain responsibilities—monitoring performance, mentoring new teachers, and coordinating with the QA team. I learned to manage my time efficiently and stay organized. Similarly, as a cashier and team leader at Pedro’s, I handled customers, supervised the team, and supported entertainment events. I thrive in multitasking environments and make sure to prioritize based on urgency and impact. I use a mix of visual aids, repetition, guided practice, and real-life examples to keep lessons engaging and relatable. For online classes, I incorporate props, facial expressions, and interactive tools like digital whiteboards or screen sharing. I also tailor my lessons to the student’s level—keeping things fun and simple for young learners, and more conversational or situational for adults. My experience with platforms like 51Talk and QQ English helped me master these approaches effectively.
