My lessons combine evidence-based psychology with interactive, practical learning so that participants not only understand concepts but also know how to apply them in daily life and at work. They are designed to be safe, engaging spaces where people can reflect, practice, and build realistic skills step by step.

Teaching methods
I use a mix of short, focused explanations and activity-based learning.
Instead of long lectures, I introduce one key concept at a time (for example, stress responses, CBT tools, boundaries, communication patterns), then immediately move into discussions, reflection questions, or role plays so participants can connect the material to their own experience.
Depending on the group, I might use case studies, small-group work, peer coaching, or brief individual exercises to keep energy and attention high.

Content focus
My lessons center on workplace wellbeing and personal development topics such as stress and burnout management, emotional regulation, boundaries and assertive communication, psychological safety, resilience, and healthy productivity.
For personal development, I integrate themes like self-awareness, values clarification, self-compassion, financial stress and wellbeing, and relationship dynamics, always linking them back to participants’ real contexts and goals.

Lesson dynamics
The learning environment is collaborative and psychologically safe: participants are invited, not forced, to share, and they can choose their level of participation.
I balance serious reflection with light, practical exercises so sessions feel structured but not heavy, using clear guidance, time limits for activities, and debrief questions that help people translate insights into concrete actions.
I also incorporate check-ins and short grounding or mindfulness moments when relevant, especially in longer sessions or emotionally demanding topics.

Teaching experience
I bring my background as a clinical psychologist and corporate wellbeing trainer into every lesson, combining clinical knowledge with organizational realities.
I have worked with various companies and professionals in Indonesia on topics like mental health awareness, stress and burnout, employee engagement, and healthier work cultures, as well as with individuals in therapy and coaching settings.
This experience helps me adapt language, examples, and tools to different audiences, whether they are leaders, employees, or individuals working on their personal wellbeing, so that each session feels relevant, respectful, and directly useful.
