Theresa Nassanga

I have gained valuable experience working with children of different age groups, ranging from toddlers to high school students. I worked as a counselor in camps organized by Camps for Friends, where I was responsible for supervising, guiding, and supporting children in both educational and recreational activities. This role helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Working with toddlers required patience, creativity, and constant engagement, while working with high school students required strong communication skills, mentorship, and the ability to guide discussions thoughtfully.
This diverse experience strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching style according to developmental needs and reinforced my passion for working in education
