Hi I am Sumita. I have been in the teaching industry for the past 14 years. My students have faired well not only in the school exams but also in presentation skills and communication skills. A daily class for me starts with a recap and introduction of any new topic. the basics and knowledge about ehat and why is included in the topic. Its's a 2 way teaching and learning that I prefer. My students are free to pitch in theor questions as and when required for clarity. I make sure we repeat and have lots of practice to masrer the topic. The best way to know that a student has learnt the topic is to ask the student to be the teacher. My classes have games and lots of skills with craetive writing capapbilities which help the kids to express themselves. I help the children with lots of spoken English practice as the motive is expression through words so that the nessage is clear. The kid is able to frame questions , add emotuions through words , comprehend other questions and answer accordingly. I beleive my classes are not a traditional class. We even move out into the nature for creative writing or story writing. Sometimes it role plays, sometimes its just building vocabulary. I lay stress on the fact that usage or applocation of whatever is learnt during the classes should be done. It feels great that the class can interact as I do lots of groupo discusssions and come up with mindmaps, questionnaires, and model teaching. You will love my classes.
