As i am a science and English teacher,I strongly enculcate the problem solving and activity based learning in my lessons.The content is mostly from the text books and i also try to include the use of ICT in my lectures.My teaching philosophy revolves around the stundent and students interests in learning process, I also try to be a support system for my students as im a type of teacher which ensures friendly behaviour and atmosphere in my class. I advocate the policy of no fear and no shyness in my class. I let the students open their minds let them explore and conquer the thoughts..as john dewy said, learning by doing is the most profitable way of teaching.
