Junior Education Supervisor

As one of the education supervisors, I was in charge of allocating different courses to the instructors that suited
the courses best. I was to confer with parents and staff to discuss educational activities, policies, and student
behavioral or learning problems and collaborate with teachers to develop and maintain curriculum standards,
develop mission statements, and set performance goals and objectives. Above those, my fellow supervisors and I
were in charge of quality control of the institute by observing different instructors' classes and providing
them with the needed feedback and aiding them on the path of teaching progress. An area of research that I
solely was assigned to carry out was the marketing area. I was asked to analyze the data and do the necessary
research in order to report to the branch manager and help the investors to apply the best marketing strategies.

I was a full-time general English and IELTS instructor teaching from elementary levels (A1) to advanced (C1)
courses. We were required to adapt the cutting-edge teaching methods (Jeremy Harmer's ESA approach, for
instance) and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs, abilities, and interests as well as to
maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws or administrative policies.

As an online IELTS instructor, my responsibilities were quite limited. I had to hold 18 online educational sessions, check the writing assignments and hold the final exams and also allocate each student's score.
