I like to have normal conversations with students, like real-life.
Of course we go over grammar, but for me it is more important that the student creates confidence and trust rather than focus only on grammar.
I am also learning German as a new language right now. So I know from first-hand how hard and frustrating it gets sometimes to not understand a language, specially if you're living in that country.
However, with patience, persistence and discipline ANYTHING is possible.
