How I Teach English
When I teach English, I try to make it fun and useful for you. My main goal is to help you speak and understand English better in real life.
What We Do in Class
I use different ways to teach, so everyone can learn well.
Talking a Lot: This is the most important part! We'll talk a lot in English. We'll do role-plays, like pretending to be at a shop or asking for directions. We'll have discussions about interesting topics. The more you speak, the better you get.
Doing Tasks: Sometimes, we'll do a "task" together. Maybe we'll plan a fake trip or describe how to do something. This makes you use English to finish a real job, just like in daily life.
Moving Around: Especially for new words, we might use our hands or bodies. This helps your brain remember new things faster.
What We Learn From
I don't just use one book. I like to use real English that people use every day.
Real Stuff: We'll read news stories, watch short videos, listen to songs, or read parts of books. This shows you how native speakers use English naturally.
Fun Topics: We'll learn about things that interest you, like travel, new technology, or what's happening in the world. This makes learning new words and grammar easier to remember.
Just for You: I can also make special materials just for our class, depending on what you need to learn most.
How Our Class Feels
My classroom is a friendly and helpful place.
You're the Boss: I'm there to help you, but you do most of the work. You'll be speaking, listening, and doing things.
Work Together: We'll often work in pairs or small groups. This gives you more chances to speak and help each other.
Mistakes Are Okay! Don't worry about making mistakes. They are a normal part of learning, and I'll help you fix them kindly. We learn from our mistakes!
Everyone is Welcome: I want everyone to feel comfortable and happy to speak up
