I am a qualified History and English teacher from South Africa who has taught both in South Africa and in the UK. I also believe that successful learning comes from fun, association and seeing the relevance behind the learning material. Structure of lessons are important but being dynamic , spontaneous and entertaining are also crucial. Adapting teaching strategies to suit the learner can be useful as people learn differently and every person is different in their needs and abilities.
