Shanmugavalli Anisetty

I am an experienced educator with over eight years of teaching, academic coordination, and school administration experience, working closely with students across Grades 1 to 10. My teaching approach is rooted in creating a supportive, engaging, and structured learning environment where every child feels confident to express themselves and grow. Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in lesson planning, literacy development, and differentiated teaching—ensuring that each student receives instruction tailored to their learning style and individual needs.

In addition to classroom teaching, I have worked as a school leader, which has strengthened my skills in communication, parent collaboration, and student behavior management. This experience helps me identify learning gaps early, guide students effectively, and build strong routines that make learning enjoyable.

My English tutoring sessions focus on improving speaking fluency, reading comprehension, writing skills, vocabulary building, and grammar accuracy. I also support students with homework, school assignments, project work, and exam preparation. With a calm, patient, and motivating teaching style, I aim to help children gain confidence, develop consistency, and achieve strong academic progress.
