To ensure each student makes progress in their learning, particularly in an online setting, I utilize engaging and interactive activities to ensure my lessons are memorable. Lesson plans are personalized and tailored to individual needs. I deliberately teach grammar in context to encourage usage. My teaching is learner-centred. My students are encouraged to talk more than I do. Regular evaluation and assessment can never be outdated and these I employ diligently through quizzes and tests. Also, I ensure I follow up via emails or online messaging tools on teaching platforms to give feedback to my learners.

My experience has given me opportunities to care for the English language needs of high school students and primary pupils. In the online tutoring world, where tuning off is quite easy, I use interactive multimedia contents such as videos and images. I have ample training in using resource materials from several teaching platforms such as the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) Alumni Community of Practice. Of course, I am flexible. That's why I tailor these techniques and resources to the needs of each of my students.
