I work with individuals and student groups to enhance bilingual competence and communication skills for the global business environment. I prepare lessons, assign homework, create assessments, and evaluate student progress, discussing the results with the students. I identify individual student learning needs and customize lessons—employing a personalized methodology—to maximize learning outcomes.
I primarily teach Business English to executives at multinational corporations, utilizing exercises and the structural framework of the *Twins* coursebook. Emphasis is placed on vocabulary, grammar, and punctuation, as well as accent training, incorporating extensive practice in reading aloud to help students develop effective presentation skills.
I provide instruction in conversational English, ensuring a comfortable learning environment and motivating students to participate in classroom activities through high-energy presentations.
I evaluate student progress; maintain weekly, monthly, and annual student records; and collaborate cooperatively with both staff and students. I foster multicultural awareness by preparing students for job interviews. I plan, prepare, and deliver lessons, managing classroom decorum and discipline by incorporating motivational activities and positive reinforcement.
