Sabrina Rivera

I am a multicultural, easy-going educator fluent in Spanish, English, and Chinese. With over 8 years of experience in kindergartens and more than 6 years teaching middle and high school students, I bring a flexible, inclusive, and student-centered approach to education. I have spent the last 23 years living and working in Shanghai, where I have built a strong track record across diverse educational environments.

My expertise includes inclusive classroom design, with a solid background supporting neurodiverse students to ensure all learners feel empowered and valued. I use modern, adaptable teaching methods tailored to students' age and level, incorporating interactive strategies and multimedia resources to create engaging, dynamic learning experiences.

A key part of my teaching philosophy is helping students develop intercultural awareness. I guide them to compare their own cultures with others, encouraging curiosity and open-mindedness. I place particular emphasis on exploring the richness of Hispanic heritage, sparking meaningful cultural engagement and global understanding.
