My lessons are structured, goal-oriented and adapted to each student
individually. Before the first lesson, I always take time to understand
what the student wants to achieve — whether that is improving grades at
school, preparing for an exam, building confidence in speaking, or
developing professional English skills for university or work.
My teaching approach combines clear explanation with practical application.
I do not just teach grammar rules in isolation — I show students how to use
them in real sentences, real conversations and real writing tasks. Each
lesson has a clear focus so students always leave knowing exactly what they
worked on and what improved.
For secondary school students, I focus on the topics that matter most for
their classes and exams: grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing
and listening. I work through their actual school material with them so the
lessons directly support what they are learning in class.
For high school and university students, I go deeper into academic writing,
essay structure, presentation skills and the kind of precise, formal English
that professors and examiners expect. I also help students prepare for
English language exams such as IELTS and Cambridge certificates.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of
Paderborn, Germany, where I studied and wrote my thesis entirely in English
in an international academic environment. I have worked professionally in
English-speaking teams across multiple countries and am a fluent C1 speaker.
I bring both academic depth and real-world communication experience to every
lesson.
Lessons take place online via video call, which means students can join from
anywhere without commuting. I am available in the evenings and on weekends
to fit around school and work schedules. I am patient, encouraging and
committed to helping every student make real, visible progress.
