Remembrance Phillips

I normally start with natural every day conversations small talks. This helps me pick up where each individual student needs help the most. Furthermore, by having light small talks in the beginning I develop a connection and safe space with my students.

My first priority is always first to make my students feel comfortable and free to talk about anything. I allow them to take the lead and then I follow with guidance and support.

When a student is comfortable, learning becomes easy and sometimes enjoyable to a point that they keep going for more.

Fun and learning should go hand in hand, of course with respect and cooperation.
