My teaching method is to tailor the lesson to the student needs to make it easier for them to understand.
Classes are very dynamic and will be explanation together with questions to make sure the student is grasping the concepts needed to be able to work every time of problem. Rather than having the students memorize a pattern to solving problems, I help the students understand how and why steps are done so that they can approach problems with critical thinking on their own. I understand some students have a harder time with these than others, so I am able to change my approach if needed while staying patient. There is always a way for the students to have an easier time with difficult concepts.
