Rawan Fares

My name is Rawan Fares, I am 21 years old, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation.

During my studies, I have gained tutoring and teaching experience with different learners. I helped an elderly student improve her English from beginner level (zero) to A1. I have also taught two school students: one in the second grade and one in the sixth grade, supporting them in English and other school subjects.

In addition, I completed a four-month internship at a school, where I worked with fifth, sixth, and seventh grade classes. My responsibilities included supporting classroom management, reviewing and correcting exams, and assisting the teacher in daily classroom activities. I also helped students individually by answering their questions and supporting their learning process.

One of the students I supported showed significant improvement in grammar, improving from 4/20 to 16/20 within one month.

As a tutor, I aim to create a supportive and patient learning environment where students can learn at their own pace. I adapt my lessons to the needs of each learner and focus on making English easier to understand and apply in practice. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their skills, and progress steadily in their learning journey.
