Hi, I'm Sakshi Mohan Pandey, a 28 year old teacher with 4+ years of experience helping students learn. My maths lessons follow a simple rhythm: I do, we do, you do. I first solve a problem myself, explaining my thinking out loud. Then we solve similar problems together, where I guide and correct in real time — this is where most learning happens. Finally, the student solves problems independently while I watch and step in only if needed.
