Experienced English language communicator for all ages and levels

I’m CELTA qualified and have 12 years of teaching experience, focused on Business English and communications training. Originally from Ireland, I bring an international teaching style and a strong emphasis on practical workplace language—meetings, presentations, negotiation, email and phone communication, and customer-facing scenarios.

I have been working in Stuttgart since 2014, and in 2016, I founded my own language and business communications training company, Trinity Teaching. This has given me extensive experience delivering tailored training programs to adults and professionals, including ongoing coaching and structured course delivery.

In addition to my teaching background, I have over 20 years of experience in the customer service sector, primarily in retail and fintech banking. This combination means I understand real customer and business contexts, and I can design lessons that reflect the language, standards, and communication challenges professionals face day to day.

I am also teaching children aged 5–18, developing their communication skills for both personal life and educational life, including preparation for Abitur.
