My name is Yemi, and I am a Master's student in Human Resource Management with a strong background in communication, coordination, and working with people across different backgrounds and age groups. English is my primary language of instruction, and I have spent years navigating academic and professional environments entirely in English, which means I don't just teach the language, I live it.My lessons are designed specifically for children between 6 and 13 years old, with the understanding that kids learn best when they are having fun.
I structure each session around the individual child's current level and learning pace, so no two lessons look exactly the same. For younger children (ages 6–9), I focus heavily on phonics, basic vocabulary, colors, numbers, and simple conversations.a patient, encouraging environment is the foundation of effective learning.
I never rush a child or make them feel embarrassed for making mistakes — mistakes are part of the process, and I treat them as learning opportunities. I keep sessions lively and engaging so children actually look forward to their lessons.
