I create lessons that match each student’s abilities, focusing on the areas where they need the most practice. Everyone learns in their own way, so I make sure lessons are flexible and supportive. My goal is to help students feel confident and excited about learning. I also believe that learning from each other is just as important as learning from me. Since my classes bring together students from different cultures and backgrounds, everyone gets to share ideas, experiences, and perspectives. This not only makes lessons more interesting but also helps students see the world from new angles.

A big part of my teaching is helping students improve their speaking skills. I do this through fun and engaging group discussions on topics that spark curiosity, anything from daily life to bigger world issues. These discussions give everyone a chance to practice expressing themselves, listening to others, and building real confidence in speaking. Teamwork is also key in my classes. I often give pair or group projects where students work together toward a clear goal. These activities aren’t just educational,
they’re exciting and creative too. Students practice problem-solving, cooperation, and leadership while having fun. By the end, they don’t just improve their English skills, but also grow into confident communicators and team players.
