I adapt my teaching style to each learner's level and pace, since I've worked with students ranging from beginners building basic vocabulary to advanced learners preparing for exams or real conversation. I also hold a degree in Psychology, which I use to identify what's actually blocking a student from speaking confidently, whether that's fear of mistakes, lack of practice, or simply the wrong teaching pace, and adjust accordingly.
A typical lesson mixes structured content (grammar, vocabulary, reading) with active speaking practice, since I've found that students retain more when they're producing language, not just absorbing it. I track progress over time and adjust the plan based on what's actually working, not just following a fixed curriculum regardless of results.
