I believe good teaching starts with listening. Before I explain anything, I try to understand where the student is: what they know, what confuses them, and what makes them shut down. Only then do I build the lesson.

My teaching style is practical and structured. I break difficult topics into small, clear steps and check understanding before moving on. I use real-life examples, simple language, and plenty of questions, so the student is doing the thinking, not just watching me talk. I adapt constantly: if something is not working, I change the approach, not the student.

My content experience is broad. I have taught English to over 200 learners of different ages and levels, and trained students for IELTS with a focus on practical communication. I have also worked as an Education Technical Consultant with UNICEF, where I trained 250+ teachers and facilitators on teaching in crisis, shadow teaching, and inclusive learning. I have supported children in remedial classes, accelerated learning, bridging programmes, and early childhood education.

What students can expect from me is patience, consistency, and honesty. I do not rush. I do not shame mistakes. I give clear feedback and celebrate progress, even small progress. I help students build habits, not just pass tests.

My goal is simple: that the student leaves every session feeling more capable than when they arrived, and that they slowly stop needing me.
