My name is Rafhael, I am 25 years old. I have over 6 years of experience teaching languages to Brazilians and foreigners, teaching languages on various platforms and at a language school in Brazil.
I have received over 100 five-star ratings on the platforms where I work and have taught students from over 50 different countries in the past 6 years.
I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Maritime Sciences Applied to Education at IFSC - Federal Institute of Santa Catarina in the city of Itajaí - SC. I am also completing my second undergraduate degree in Portuguese and English Languages. My first degree was in Executive Secretary, and after these two degrees, I plan to start my master's and doctoral studies in teaching Portuguese as a foreign language.
I graduated as a Regional and South American Tourist Guide technician. I was born in São Paulo, Brazil. I have been studying languages autonomously and self-taught since I was 14 years old.
My first job was in a hotel, where I started using English for the first time. Later, I participated in a volunteer project teaching Portuguese to Venezuelan refugees, helping them to develop a solid foundation in Portuguese and to communicate effectively in their daily lives.
I am passionate about cultural diversity. I love reading literature, romance, science fiction, and other books. I also enjoy reading mangas, magazines, and comics. I love participating in cultural events, including Italian, Japanese, Korean, and others.
I am a beginner cosplayer and strive to travel and explore as many places as possible to share all this knowledge with my students.
With over 6 years of teaching Brazilians and foreigners from various parts of the world to learn Portuguese, English, and Spanish, I use the same methodology in my classes that I used to learn more than three different languages and that I also used with countless students who achieved results with Portuguese, many of whom are currently living in Brazil and speaking fluently. It is the method used by polyglots to immerse themselves in the language, I try to practice reading sentences in context as much as possible to help in the process of natural and spontaneous memorization.
